Cancellations

After you complete your order, you will receive a Paypal invoice, unless you choose payment via Money Order.

Your order will be held, pending payment, for 10 days and then automatically be canceled and items are returned to stock.

In case you receive a wrong  or damaged item, we will cover return shipping cost. Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Damage Policy

All of our items pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the item has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or replace your damaged item.

Returned Products

Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

All returns and exchanges must be returned within 3 business days once we have been notifyed of any problems and confirmed your return.

Priority mail Flat rate Envelopes

Flat rate envelopes have the following restrictions:

no more then :

3-4 Codex size books, or 4 regular size novels

1 codex size book & 2 novels.

1 codex size book or 2 novels AND about 12 regular size figures

about 25 regular size figures

What cannot be shipped in a flat rate envelope:

Any item with more then 50mm base

Any item,or combination of items (such as multible sprues) at any point thicker then 50mm (2 inches)

any item larger then 12x9 inches (with no more the 3/4 inch thickness)

any item larger then 8x5.5 inches (with no more then 2 inches thickness)

If you request it, items can be removed from sprues or original packaging or disassembled, to fit in a flat rate envelope where possible.
